well this is my current setup, BUT as of Thursday i will have a Dell 2407WFP in the gap, i didnt realise it was THAT big.

Should be a nice setup, when i get my graphics card to get the 3rd screen working. for some reason i cant get the 2nd PCI-E slot to run my X300 so im after a PCI graphics card.

That Dell is going to look great in that space,remember to get some more pics up when it arrives mate

will do. ive borrowed a decent camera to get some pics up for you people. unfortunately i cant run all 3 screens from windows yet, untill i get my hands on a PCI graphics card which im getting from a mate.

Im so looking forward to getting it up and running, so much so ive decided to take the day off college

I think you need to set your second PCI-E slot to 8x to get your x300 to work in it - worth a try anyway

can only get it to 4x (stupid motherboard)

I think its fine as long as its not at 16x? Have you tried the card in it with it at 4x?

Very nice lil 17", 3ms, Hyundai, nabbed of B-Grade for £81, thats like £100 below retail price, only thing missing was cables and box (oh noes!)

so im moving house and everything is all over the place, i thought i'd take the opportunity to set my lcd tv up on my desk. the resolution isn't great but it feels somewhat different to a 17" tft heh

Oppinion.. well.. in desktop mode there is no banding what-so-ever although it is clearly visible in other modes.

the colours are fantastic and the depth is also excellent.

i bought mine 2nd hand and i was assured it was perfect and it is.

its a rev A03, sits straight on the stand. even backlighting, no dead pixels

its fantastic, that good ive bought a second one. ( just to put me in some more debt ) lol.

if you have any quesitons feel free to ask.

and at somepoint next week i will have 2 of these brilliant monitors, so i'll be sure to post some pics.

well at the minute my setup is a single 2407WFP ive sold the smaller screens and ive bought another 2407WFP should be here next week.

Cool, that will look pukka. I kinda wish I had gone for the 2407WFP's but I think I would have had to constantly be upgrading components to run it at native res in games.

yeah, i found my x1900xt doesnt really cut it with native res and full eye candy, so im either getting a crossfire card or a dx10 offering in january as my next upgrade

My 6600GT struggles with 1680x1050, non FPS games are fine but for FPS I have to put everything on low/minimum to be able to play smoothly and games like oblivion I have to play in 1152x864 with the 1:1 pixel mapping. Will soon get a PCI-E system soon enough!
