Show us your TFT setups!!

the scaleing on this monitor is amazing.. and i could always drop my settings a bit to get a playable framerate but i like the eye candy lol.

i think i'll be upgrading to xfire in january..
anyone thinking about this monitor should buy it now!. its truely amazing.
 
I had to run Call of Juarez in 1152x864 and it still ran a bit jerky (everything was set to low so it looks naff too), the annoying thing is 1152 or 1024 is so small you have to sit really close and its still hard to see lol.

One annoying thing with using the 1:1 pixel mapping is that my secondary 20" monitor flickers as if its chaning its resolution and if I have msn in the wrong place it moves it over so I can't see it any more lol.
 
yeah that used to happen with my old setup with 2x17" screens if i ran anything less than native res on the primary monitor (in game) it would move everything over so you cant see if people log on etc.
 
I try and remember to move the windows in the opposite direction it moves across but its annoying having to keep moving them around all the time. Windowed mode is what you need, I think you can use windowed mode with any game with a command in the shortcut?
 
ultramon offers a nice feature for doing this. (which i just noticed on the properties of a shortcut. but on my FEAR shortcut it already says Normal Window, doesnt say maximised or anything, but it does maximise. im confused.
 
I just tried that and it doesn't seem to work, it still makes my other monitor flicker and messes with all the windows.
 
i tried with NFSMW and it runs it MAXed.. hmm.. i guess the only way arround it is settin your desktop res to that wich the game runs and and the otherone should be fine.

nolimit,i find your wallpaper disgusting and degrading to women and i am so bloody jealous,the girlfiend would go mad if i displayed that,so i`ll stick to the good old basic windows xp default wallpaper!!!
Who needs foxy babes like that when you can have this dull crap i have :)

Then I suggest you put that Wallpaper on our PC desktop and tell your Girlfriend its to help her with her insecurity issues!!! ;)
 
well heres my current setup, will be upgrading to a 19-22" widescreen around christmas.

also upgrading the hardware just after christmas aswell, socket A at the minute !

Moving into my new flat this wednesday..
Need to find a proper desk, well about 3 of them all in a line across one side on the room, HDTV>PC>PC :p
