melchy said:Yes, but with the VGA cable you will get a high definition display on it so it can be used for the 360 in that respect. Im using one of the old Medion 30" LCD's that were widely reported on the forum and a lot of us bought at the time. Although it has component inputs it cant do HD across them so im running at 720 or 768 via the vga cable (cant decide which gives best results yet).
Ol!ver said:That's not technically HD though is it? 1360x768 is proper WS HD. Not sure if you'd notice any real difference from the extra horizontal pixels though.
JimmyEatWorms said:Proper HD is 1280x720 (hence the term 720p) and an aspect ration of 16:9.
Ol!ver said:Yeah I'm on about the panels though.

Having a wall mounted plasma or lcd saves loads of space in your living room my 43" plasma uses a lot less space than my old 32" widescreen CRT tv.lordrobs said:BIGbungle- when I finally buy my own place later this year, from what I can see of it atleast, its exactly that kind of decor i'm going to go for (with a slightly more modest TV) Clean, simple and classy

It was easy to hide my cables I only have two going to the screen power andlordrobs said:Definately, I'll probably have to stick with my 26" LCD as buying a first house + kitting it out etc. = no money for new TVbut i'm very tempted to have a go at wall mounting it with the cables hidden.
