After reading this thread and then getting to post #30 only to find out that it was a necropost, I'd be interested to hear if you go the jacket or not. That is of course assuming that you're not still shackled to the wall of number 14's cellar.

this happened to me a while back, i waited for a parcel and it said it had been delivered and signed for, so i requested to see the signature, which i didn't recognise, or any know anyone with that last name, eventually found out what happened, they delivered to the complete wrong address, after i suspected my neighbour

I ordered a nintendo dsi xl for my mum awhile ago. Didn't turn up on expected delivery date, tracked it said it had been signed for aswell, just a random squiggle. Noticed it late in the evening under the back wheel of my car, not even a note through the door to tell me it was there.

There are some right cowboys at work for these companies. One of my neighbours across the road had a delivery of an expensive item left in the wheelie bin of the house next door to them. No official 'you weren't in' card pushed through the door or anything, in fact they only found out about it when the people next door noticed a hastily scribbled note on a piece of junkmail. By then though it was too late and the bins had been emptied.

Shocking really.

A friend of mine was in hospital and the courier left an item in his bin and put a note through his door. The next door neighbour kindly left his bins out for him when they were due for collection as he knew my mate was in getting surgery.

Anyways, what happened to this jacket?

I needed something delivered by UPS to my industrial unit, checked the tracking after it failed to turn up to find it has been delivered to DOCK and signed for by Fariss.

I have no dock . . . . Turns out it was scanned and passed over to a completely different address thinking it was part of their shipment. I did get it later that day.
