Oh and you can forget those "electronic ab stimulation piece of crap rubbish" it really is laziness ot the extreme and will do sod all.

Whilst i agree with Freefaller here that you need to do exercises rather than EMS, I used an EMS system as an experiment on my calf and bicep and it did work to an extent. The muscles stimulated were harder and didn't cramp as much during real intense exercise with weights afterwards.
But it also doesn't do much for your secondary/stabiliser muscles when targeting a specific area with EMS, and as said a strong core is required for a strong body in general.
So stay away from the gimmicks and hit the gym.....hard and smart!
