ive not had any success with those either. Most of them require a host of dependencies too altho most have links in the readme the vast majority ive tried are dead links so all you end up with is an unplayable game due to custom content which doesnt have the required dependencies to run.
For myself i had a nightmare with my well developed city which i posted a few pages earlier. I had about a 400,000 pop and unlocked the hydrogen power station. So what did i do i demolished all my old coal stations and when i went to select the hydrogen plant it was gone!!
I had forgot i had the game on rhino speed so the minute i destroyed the coal plants all my residents and business abndoned the city!. I was left witha zero pop a budget loss of 50,000 per month and the game was unsaveable from there.
Such a stupid mistake after all the hard work.#
Anyway i intend to start over again, im hopefully gonna find that some nice person has made a region based on northern ireland then ill get things right from the start.
This game is sooooo addictive
any other game if i had lost all my hard work would be gathering dust now but not this!Edit: roundabouts work for me on NAM with the instructions posted earlier

No you use one way roads and drag a circle, unless you mean the big ones (i havent pictured) for highways
Looks like in you top picture it isnt working as one of the picese is not one way road, it looks like a street tile

Underground is slower, is more for the poorer sims.
Monorail is quite a bit quicker, and high wealth sims like em more. ( high wealth sims hate buses, and don't like subways as much as monorails).
I like looking at it too
, subway is just so invisible most of the time .Money, to be honest, aint an issue, from 90k city size and upwards, I'm pretty much always 20k + in the plus...
Besides, even monorail pays pack for itself if it's used by sims.

? I even downloaded some fountain pack and place other custom fountains in the center instead of the default one 
Afraid not, my plugin folder is 2gb in size and last time I touched it was in 2006 ( I copied all my xp plugins to my vista plugin folder).
If anything it decreases performance due to using much more space and ram
. It's just like seperate 400 mods I have, not a real expansion...

They're not top tier commercial tho
My pop is 510k+ now and there have been a few morehigher tier buildings but not many. Argh its really annoying me!
