JV was DSQ from the race but raced under protest. He then raced with the goal of trying to hold up Schumacher and cost him points. He failed at this finished 5th, withdrew his protest and was DSQ'ed. In my books what he tried in that race is just as bad as what Schumacher did in Jerez(note I have a bias towards Schumacher!)
