Singapore Grand Prix 2015, Marina Bay - Race 13/19

I've excluded Verstappen. There were probably other overtakes in Lap 1. Didn't Hulkenberg gain a few places? I'd exclude Lap 1 as well tbh.

Yeah, I was being generous, the rest of the race likely won't be good. I'm glad the football started because frankly I can't see much chance of overtakes happening at all.

Vettel managing his tyres?

If he is as Brundle suggests backing him into Kimi or just managing tires I don't know, isn't saving fuel after that safety car period for sure. Either way it means Hamilton and Rosberg are now actually losing less time on the slower tire than they could be and will have the faster tire vs the slower tire of the front three later in the race so it's helping Hamilton regardless.

Agreed, I would laugh is Ferrari mess this up. Of course, there are few ways to overtake here.

It would be pretty clever if Vettel backs Ricciardo so that Kimi can undertake him. Then they switch back afterwards.

They have to make sure Ricciardo doesn't pit first.

Yes, I actually think it is a tire life thing, remember that his tires fell off way before Ricciardo's who had gained to what 2.5 seconds or something before they all pitted.

The major issue here is probably Ricciardo's car will ******* fail at some point which will be a massive shame.

Don't understand how Hulkenburg was at fault, unless he was pre-warned on the radio.

3 place grid penalty for next weeks race.

But surely he had the racing line going at racing speed so it should have been Massa that would have to yield to Hulkenburg as he wasn't in the racing line and just dove into an ever closing gap.

I think it is ridiculous.

Massa just drove straight into the racing line expecting Hulkenberg to yield.
