Singapore Grand Prix 2015, Marina Bay - Race 13/19

Renault wanted I4 engines. Litterally nobody wanted small capacity turbo V6s, it was just the middle ground compromise we ended up with.

Oh right then Horner must be telling lies again. He said in a interview yesterday that Renault pushed for these engines.
Oh and I didn't mention numbers :)

Wonder if Merc will have to do a 3 stopper. But I'm glad everything will be back to normal next race :)
 
Going to be an interesting start. I wonder whether heavy fuel etc will help or hinder the mercs. Damage limitations seems the name of the game though.

I'm no tyre engineer or anything but in my mind a heavier car would create more friction/more heat in the tyres subsequently more grip?? Although that depends if getting heat in the tyres is even the issue..
