I like how the more complicated trick you do Tre Flips, Laser flips get less pop than simpler tricks kickflips or shuv its obviously adds to the realism, you cant just pop a 360 flip onto a 10ft high ledge!

Loving the demo playing it everyday really cant wait to get the full game and hit the city skating realistic lines and just generally cruising for spots.

Have any of you guys been in the sewers part on the demo yet? It is a bit difficult to get to (requires glitching the game) and is interesting for about 5 minutes after which it is extremely difficult to get out!

nice upload. its nice to see a real upload that actually works!
what sells it for me is how if the skater lands a bit wonky he tries to re gain his balance, like real life!
 
MAN IM LOVING THIS GAME. The demo is awesome, and they way you have to do tricks with the thumb man its insane and im loving it. As a skater this game has just brought it to life for me, no more doing insane stupid stuff like on THPS now landing stuff sketchy your regaining your balance and shuffling your feet, I cant wait.
 
Hopefully the extra time for the demo has let them fine tune the game. Actually had my first glitch last night, i was doing a pop shuvit off a ledge and for some reason the board went round one more time after the trick was finished, taking my legs with it. So basically my upper body remained the same and my lower legs and feet twisted round one more time, it looked really freaky1

It was due to dispatch today, then when I checked eariler, it now says 25th October. I am as confused as you are :)

A right... odd... they're normally pretty on the ball with release dates?

Just checked EA's mini site for Skate, and no release date is there... it just says TBD.

So either they've confirmed it and not updated the website... or it's not confirmed.
 
I thought they'd confirmed it as some point in september with the PS3 version coming in about a month later. is it the ps3 version you've ordered simo182?

Haha! The ending is brilliant.... aw man I want it more after seeing some of the attempting moves in that... some awesome gaps!

The part where he grinds the table and the other guy takes his head of is cringe worthy!

edit: I love the guy that tries to jump the steps and smacks his face on the wall :p

This game has bag loads of potential!
