Well its basically Skylake/Kabylake IPC.

We can already see where they will sit.

7820X will be a bit faster than 1800X.
7800X will go up against the 1700.

Both will have a HEDT premium. AMD equivalents probably will as well.

Yup. The above prices do seem on the optimistic side.However imo 7290X for £2000 would be a fail but hoping it does not come to it.

Turbo 3.0 = XFR?

Intel finds the fastest core per cpu and then all single threaded task get diverted to that core. That core also has its frequency increased. Thats what I got from there site (http://www.intel.com/content/www/us...y/turbo-boost/turbo-boost-max-technology.html)

Well we got already 8 core Broadwell E 6900K overcllocked to 4.2 a bit faster than 4.0 1800x.
Considering skylake 8 core will have even better IPC and better overclockability over Broadwell E ( so more than 4.2 ) it can be quite a bit faster than 1800x. Correct me if im wrong here?

I agree just price your bundles at half price so everyone can enjoy the speed then. Price doesn't matter apparently.

My bundles will have binned chips. Which it costs a lot to bin. They will be fast.

But they are offset by the fact that you buy in bulk at a reduced price and then sell the ones that don't make the grade in oem machines probably at a profit as well. Ultimately the biggest factor being the time it takes to bin them.

Would be interested in a binned 12 core CPU on its own but I don't think you will be doing that.

Top board yes that would be no problem as OCUK stock the Rampage boards.

Memory no as some of the more interesting stuff is not always stocked by OCUK. I got some really nice 3400mhz sticks from Caseking for example.
