Has this been advertised in the UK yet, they keep showing the advert on TV and it looks like it could be pretty good. Then again it might be complete crap, who knows these days.

Yeah its been advertised over here for quite a while. The visuals look amazing, but at this point thats all you can tell, this could easy bomb under a bad storyline/ acting etc.

But hey I look forward to any epic sci-fi movies!

I saw an extended trailer in the cinema the other week.

The acting looks mediocre and the visuals sub par. Felt like a complete crap rip off of Independence Day. Probably will avoid.

Coverage wise, theres been plenty here in the USA, lots of TV trailers etc...

Oh my word, just got back from this.

It's bad, and I mean really, really bad. Probably the worst film i've seen at the cinema.

People were walking out half way through, and I can honestly say i've never seen that. Terrible plot, terrible acting.... just terrible.

Avoid at all costs.

I quite liked it. Can't see myself watching it again though! It is essentially War of the worlds and independence day rolled into one!

Independance Day was a comedy and 10/10.

That wasn;t the reason for liking it, just what it essentially is.

To be fair, I have a cinema pass, so its not like I have lost anything

. Though I was robbed at the concessions stand.

OK then to sum up, Skyline is a cross between Independance Day (10/10), Cloverfield (4/10), War Of The Worlds (7/10), Starship Troopers 1 (10/10) and District 9 (10/10) but somehow managed to come in with a score of 0/10.
