Sleeping Dogs Bench Thread

Gone as far as I can go on the stock 780m bios (and another re-paste is required):

780M @ 980/6000 (+135/+500)
i7 4700MQ @ 3.2Ghz
Driver: 326.41 Beta

EDIT: Re-paste done. Temps are now around 10 degrees lower (5 degrees lower at peak). Still restricted by the stock bios though.

This is killing me, i can't get the softmod to work.

There are people on other forums with previously not very good Titans stomping all over mine now!.

[/spoiler]

Is it just me, or do these clocks and resulting scores look a little strange when compared to the other 770's on the board?

Or am I just being retarded about boost clocks again? :o

I think it is the difference in set and boost clocks again.:)

The poster is also using Haswell which will give a bit of an advantage over whyscotty using a 2500k.:)

Fair enough mate :)
How about compared to Shiari's score?

Not trying to be picky or anything, I'm just curious.

Ed: And also, in both this and the TR thread, your 3970 doesn't have any advantage over my 2500K with our 7970s or is there a specific thing with Haswell?

Ooops, sorry, I posted the base clock. It ran at 1333 MHz during the bench.
I'll edit my post.

Again with Shiari's score I think it is the way he has written the clockspeeds down. My err GTX 680 (half a GTX 690) is hitting the same sort of boost clocks he is getting and my memory is a bit faster plus my higher CPU clockspeed and I am still behind him.

As to your 2500k and my 3970x they are both SB but where yours has 4 cores it is slightly more efficient (tiny amount) than mine per core. Hyperthreading does not help me much here either.:)

Not that much surely

Working on IB is more efficient than SB and Haswell is more efficient than IB it is possible, having said that I would be concerned if I saw a GTX 770 going any faster.
