Scaling from one core to two is good, from two cores to four is poor.

Had to use fraps as the latest AB won't save screenshots :/
Pretty sure I got a few more fps without fraps... Ah well.

Oh, gone back to 13.6 as I'm trying to root out the source of some new found instability.

    Thanks Uncle Petey

Have you tried using Win7, Snipping Tool to get the score at the end.

Good job Kaap. I always loved this game and the benchmark. I wanted to do a thread myself, but after the Tomb Raider debacle i decided to leave it for fear of getting lynched. :p

I will dig up my old 7970 results though they look rather dated now on older drivers. I'll also run some 7950 benches soon. I'm going to be putting accelero coolers on both my cards within a week so i should be able to squeeze more from my cards eventually.

I used Steam's built in screenshot to get mine - the key's F12 and I'm pretty sure I've never changed it so that should be the default.

Any chance you could post a thread with some pics and results if you do? I would love to swap my Windforce for an Accelero, but when I tried my current Accelero card in the top spot, it was almost touching my second card and the VRMs got so hot in Sleeping Dogs that the frame rate plummeted. Would be very interested how you find the spacing/cooling of the cards once they're 3 slotters.

Kaap why is there 10 fps difference between yours and Nockys scores when you're both running similar clocks?

Yeah will do. I'm hoping it will fit ok.

His cpu clock and slightly higher mem clock might have something to do with that methinks.

I'd be surprised if cpu made that much difference in this gpu limited bench. 10 fps for 90mhz extra on the memory seems a bit extreme. Maybe you're using old drivers Nocky?

7970 @1250/1823 Extreme SSAA - On older drivers, 13.2 beta.

    7970 @1250/1823 - High SSAA - On older drivers, possible 13.1.

    7950 @1208/1750 - Extreme SSAA 13.8 Beta 2

I can get more from my 7950 when its colder or when i have an accelero on there. Right now im limited by temps.

Your score does seem a tad low Stu, i think. Will be interesting to see if others can run a comparison with 2x7970ghz cards at stock. Did you turn frame pacing off?

Pacing's turned on, it's a stock driver setup except ULPS is turned off as it was giving me grief. I may well re-install 13.6 tonight (13.8 hasn't been any benefit to me yet, and it's caused a couple of niggles) and see if that makes any difference.
