SLI wont enable!!!

wel im stumped the only other thing i can think of is the way the drivers are installed because you have to install nf4 drivers or what ever you have then the little bubble comes up in the corner about sli then you install graphics drivers after that the only thing i can think of is sumot like faulty mobo

it only has two settings, disabled and down spread.

the wierd thing is mate is that when i first loaded it up with both cards in the little bubble popped up and said click here to enable SLI or something. when the window popped up it said it wouldnt work. im not too happy im DLing the Nforce drivers im sure theyre already up to date though.
tried a few different drivers but to no avail.
im using the latest beta ones at mo too. ill try putting them back to 84.21 ones

get driver cleaner get rid of all your nforce drivers and nvidia driver (make sure you use add and remove first) then restart your comp then install the lateist nforce drivers let it restart then when it restarted should come up with the sli bubble then install the graphic drivers

clicked it and said same thing about removing non SLI cards.

the official flash thingy. gigabyte tool. flash was successful. the default clock has been increased from 500/1000 to 515/1030 too. which was erm nice

that wired because it reconize slibut one just dont work might be a mobo fault

maybe you have installed the AMD nForce 4 chipset drivers instead of the Intel ones?

if not already installed, try the latest chipset drivers :

nope i installed the intel ones.

both cards ARE detected in device manager,

they both indiciate that the cards are in different slots

did you flash the cards in windows or from a floppy boot disc....

Went i flashed my two leadtek 7800gtx cards in windows..SLI would not enable aferwards...

So i flashed them again from a floppy disc with NiBiTor v2.6 and after they worked fine in SLI.

i dont have a floppy drive.

the BIOS file is a .f2 or something not a rom or bin which nibitor recognises

i made a bootable CD with the necessary BIOS file and program, but it wont work. it loads up DOS but i cant do any commands or anything :\
