So they want to toxicate themselves with vile smoke why do the tossers feel the need to open the window thus smoking out anyone else who has theirs open and why do they decide to throw cigarettes out of car windows while there are people driving behind them.

Why not use the ashtray

"Oh but it will smell out the car they say"

Selfish tossers.

No I've not had a terrible day but sat behind some plum dodging cigs didn't make me feel any better :p

That's just it. I don't CARE they're smoking in there own car but please don't throw ****ing cig butts onto my car.

Are all smokers selfish *****

/Rant over :p

can't say i've noticed this

If you put the fan/AC on in your car it will suck in the smell from outside sometimes.

I smoke occasionally but not in my car, and I sure as hell wouldn't let anyone else smoke in it.

My brother let someone smoke in his car, and like an idiot who doesn't read instruction manuals, put the recirculating air on. Now every time you press that button you get stale fag smoke blown in your face. Mmmmm.

I don't care one iota that they are killing themselves (though object to my NI contributions ultimately paying for their treatment), but flicking the butts out of the window really pees me off. It's just a grand statement of "The world is my ashtray, littering is my life".

The NHS do breast augmentations and give methadone to heroin addicts too. Considering the amount of tax smokers contribute from the 2/3 duty on the price of every packet of cigarettes I'd say they pay for their own treatment, unlike the above two that I mentioned.

I doubt it will be long before smoking whilst driving is properly banned anyway to be honest. Not that it particularly bothers me.

Certainly should be, I'd argue smoking whilst driving is more dangerous than using a phone, especially if some hot ash falls on your lap ;)

Yes i also smoke, i love the sound a ciggie makes when it glances off of a Beemer bonnet. You just dont get that sound from any other car :)

Have a beer and chill Tom.

Oh, the traffic full of annoying people, with their annoying mugs, doing annoying things like smoking annoying cigarettes and listening to annoying music in their annoying cars. /starts wobbling tatty Fiesta from left to right in self induced standstill traffic rage/

On the other hand, how funny is that - guy sits in a traffic with his window open, breathing in fumes and complains about second hand smoke. It's kind of like complaining about someone's aftershave in paint factory.
