So, the Championship season has started **Spoilers**

Ragged game of football yesterday, but other than Derby getting the winner at Sheff Weds, it was a pretty decent set of results for us.

Blackpool, Birmingham, Huddersfield and then Ipswich in the next couple of weeks - could take 9 points from those games. Will be interesting to see how the squad copes with the increasing media circus surrounding the club and manager!

Loved that game, well mainly the team we had plus one of my favourite shirts! We were 2-0 up and scrambled the draw in the end, I'm optimistic for the future now with the four kids who are outstanding each game. Still pessimistic going into every game haha!

Rovers absolutely crap as per usual, so inconsistent, can't defend for toffee.

With players like Cairney, Rhodes, Gestede and lingering around in mid table is a travesty.

I had a terrible feeling that you'd concede late on :(

We managed 42 shots tonight... FORTY TWO! :p

Middlesbrough need to start scoring more goals.

We're getting over the hump to the last stages of the season, we need to step it up a notch.

No thank you ;) everyone else's balls up is what put us top. Time for Derby to press on and retain form till the end.

I predicted that Ipswich will win, Derby 2nd. Boro for playoff champions?

That has been our main problem really, we aren't very prolific and we are likely to drop points by drawing games.

I don't think we have too much to worry about tbh. We are very hard to score against and even harder to beat. I still maintain we'll finish 2nd behind Derby. But I don't think a 1st placed finish is beyond us.

At this stage, I'm now in the state of mind that I'd be very disappointed with 3rd... the playoffs are always such a lottery!

I'm fairly certain Alex Neil is a football genius and Norwich are going up. Defence finally organised, options in midfield, strikers in form. Top 2 would be my guess.

Not sure he's a genius, your squad is one of the best in the Champ. Clearly Adams was just massively underachieving!

On the Boro front, I think they'll make the play offs obviously but think the likes of Brentford and Norwich will pip them to promotion. They are not effective enough in front of goal and some very hard away ties coming up to rule them out of auto places.
No plan B as we found out against Leeds also.

The thing that plays into our favour is that our record against top 6 sides is abysmal. Truly, truly awful. But, we've only got 2 games from our remaining 13 against top 6 sides, whereas our record against those teams below us is absolutely fantastic! It remains to be seen how the Warburton situation will play out over the next couple of months, but should we pick up 6 points from our next 3 games (Bham (a), Hudds (h), Ipsw (a)) then we could be in good stead.

Strangely I think Bournemouth may fall away slightly, as they looked very poor on Saturday, but Norwich and Wolves will continue to push on.

I reckon the top 8 are there to stay, but the top 6 is another matter!

Nice that we got back on track after a rocky patch, last nights result was just what we needed.

Also nice to see some of our fancy team play work out :D

That! That is a cracking goal!

We got back to winning ways last night after a crap performance up in Birmingham on Saturday. Long drive to Ipswich this weekend, which I reckon we should be at least expectant of a point.

This is shaping up to be such an exciting Championship :)
