So, the Championship season has started **Spoilers**

Said at the start of the season when they were going great that it was only a matter of time before the wheels fell off at Forest. Pearce must be on borrowed time surely. It isn't just the results, they have often looked really bad and more worryingly easy to beat at times. Imo, Pearce surprisingly doesn't really look like much of an inspiration to me.(one of my all-time favourite players...never thought I would say that!)

Wonder what job Oscar Garcia will end up with. I saw him at the Brentford game at the weekend. He is a really nice bloke. We didn't play the most exciting football under him, but I hope he does well wherever he goes. He told a paper he has a few interviews lined up apparently.

I think there are quite a few teams in the Championship this season that many would look at and say they are underachieving considering the players they have.

Ipswich Town fan here and loving it! Big, big game on Saturday against Derby. We seem to be beating teams around us though which is good going into this game. Daryl Murphy has turned into Daryl Messi.

Another good away win and a clean sheet today. 3 home games I NV a row now too. Not as pessimistic as I was when Hyppia was here!

Brentford up next. They have apparently sold 2300 tickets for next week(last I saw). Should be a great atmosphere, as I will also be Houghton's first game at the Amex.

I think the Middlesbrough result can only be seem as two points lost.

I've been told I'm too negative, anyone agree?

Yes and No!

Personally I agree with you, If we're serious about promotion we need to win those games. However, as Pighardia said, a point away from home shouldn't be sniffed at.

Other results went our way, we should be capitalising on it.
Sometimes I think Karanka's tactics/formation lacks conviction in the final third.

With games like today, our possession, I'd have taken off Whitehead, put Tomlin on further ahead the pitch to line up Vossen/Bamford (Or Kike) instead of taking Vossen off for Tomlin.

I'd get ledesma back on the left wing too, not 100% convinced on Reach yet.

I think we can look at it the other way that we are fortunate that the other results went our way and we have actually closed up a little bit. Every team will have games where it just doesn't go their way so if this is one of those a point away is fine :)

I think it speaks volumes that not for the first time we have come away with a draw and it has almost felt like a loss!

I like Reach think he has been good for us this season.

I missed our game on Saturday, but apparently it was more League One than Championship. We seem to be a bit lacking in confidence at the moment, and also Alan Judge, our best player, is likely to be out for the BHA game.

I might also miss out on it :( was waiting to hear back from a couple of friends, in case they wanted to join me, and our allocation sold out! Stupid me, was really looking forward to it - only missed one game this season prior to the last weekend, and now might miss two in a row!

Apparently we've contacted you guys, and BHA might be kind enough to move a few season ticket holders about so we could flog another 700 or so tickets for the game. Fingers crossed I can pick up a ticket!

Yeah, I agree, I think Reach has been great and it will benefit him having some competition for his place in the team.

Karanka obviously likes to build from the back and his focus has always been on not conceding and keeping possession. At times we have struggled to break teams down, but on the other hand we have dismantled some teams with some superb displays. We've been getting stronger as the season goes on and I still fancy us to sneak into 2nd place.

Whoop! Just got a call from the club - tickets for BHA purchased :)

Might need Pighardia's expert local knowledge about parking, if he reads this!

Easiest way to get there is by train tbh. The station is right next to the stadium, and trains have been much improved and run every 10 or so minutes.

If you are driving, a park and ride is your best bet. Your ticket includes a travel subsidy for Brighton and the surrounding area, so you can park anywhere and get buses/trains for free on the day of the game. I think it goes as far as Lewes to Worthing(and it is in any direction as well).

....Not that I know this particularly intimately tbh. I just get on a train and go straight there!

Thanks - apparently the quick trains from London aren't running on Saturday, so it's the slow, trundling 2 hr ones instead. My Dad lives in West London, so think a park and ride would probably suit us best. I've got a mate in Kingston/Lewes who I've not seen for years, so think about saying hi to him before getting on a bus/in a cab.

Looking forward to it - been looking forward to going to the AMEX for ages, although got a sneaking suspicion that we'll get beat!

Back in the automatic spots after 2 good home wins, squeaky bum time at the end their though. Bournemouth losing tonight is a real bonus, they missed a penalty at the end and Leeds had a man sent off.

Top of the Championship is tighter than a nuns tuppence!
