So this whole (ISP block sites thing)

so you believe "2 guns" is on youtube and the company that owns the copyright does not mind because youtube/google have some secret pact with the movie studios ?

UK DVD & Blu-ray : December, 2013

it's a proper telesync on there as well and not a dodgy blurry cam with poor audio

Not trying to be pedantic but a telesync IS a cam. Telesync means audio and video are from different sources, usually video is cam and audio is from hard of hearing headphone jacks in cinemas.

no a true telesync is a direct feed captured from a cinema go look at the quality it has not been filmed with a cam although it has foreign subtitles at the button they are hardly intrusive it's pretty much the same quality as a dvd screener sent out for reviews.

even the wiki page says "sometimes but not always filmed with a professional camera on a tripod from the cinema movie booth with direct audio"

The quote from Wikipedia references the use of a PROFESSIONAL camera, but not always. Sometimes it is a non-professional camera. a TeleCINE is captured directly from the reel/source in a cinema.

I am not talking about the movie(s) on YouTube, just the terminology used to describe. Ok I admit, I am being pedantic :p

why don't they block youtube.

goto youtube
type "full movie" some of them are from the last few years....

there are tons of series episodes on there as well

examples

hope I don't get banned for linking to youtube!

Really stupidly you can't easily report those as copyright infringement either unless you the owner. If you want to report it as a third party you have to write an email containing specific text and all sorts. For that alone youtube should be on the block list but no government will push google around at the minute!

Telesyncs are crap quality. The only thing direct is audio for hard of hearing & even then its not great.

Anyway the site you are using to watch these shows is purely there to break copy write, Youtube has a lot more uses than being used to break copy write. Now if that site you used hosted all manner of user content then it could be seen in the same vane as YouTube, It doesn't there for it is blocked.

Yes Google could probably do more to remove the illegal content on YouTube.

And it seems one of the sites that I use Primewire otherwise known as 1Channel some of you might recognise name as its old domain... is now blocked..

FIX!!!!!!

Hope this is allowed? If not, mods please delete this post

2) Dot ever watch telesync, cam, or DVDrip's. The quality in all is unacceptable.

Who are you to say what a person should or shouldn't watch :p, some TS/Cams are pretty damn good! But anyway this isn't the place for ocuk forums to discuss :(

err.. no

every streamed movie is stored as a complete movie file in a temp folder on your hard drive.

A stream is exactly the same as a download apart from it plays as soon as it can instead of waiting until it's 100% downloaded.

Not true! So are you saying an apple TV store a full movie it only plays what it Caches and that is limited to minuets.

I never watch CamJobs - there **** neither do I watch cam jobs of current movies.

I am a believer of going to the cinema and watching something how its supposed to be watched.

The only things I ever watch online are TV episodes etc Stargate and things like that.
