Soldato
My dad is doing some landscaping in his garden at the moment, so I might nick a few old paving slabs to go in the boot, but realistically Im planning not to be able to drive the car if we get a week of ice/snow. A lightweight roadster with RWD and summer tyres...probs wont be worth the risk, assuming I can even manage a small incline.
EDIT:The tyres are Toyo T1Rs, hence the concern.
Our MX-5 managed ok last year with T1R's but the tread does just fill up with snow, it was a whole load better than my DC5! Just remember the handbrake trick and by being gentle and having the traction control off you can get out of pretty much any amount of snow we found!
I have a Scooby this year so im willing the snow to come so i can have some fun i will be getting a set of snow tyres for my spare alloys though as it can stay snowy for quite a while here in the welsh hills.
