I'd hope so. There's no need for it. The problem with a lot of people nowadays they don't realise the implications of saying these sorts of things online. Just because they're sat behind a screen doesn't mean they can't be arrested for it. As Liam Stacey has found out recently.

Haven't looked at the link but I suspect the same thing as Liam Stacey (Muabmba twitter guy) was.

Sometimes it's worth having people like this around just so you can read the incoherent rants from the outrageously offended.

I am not offended by it really, but surely he has to be arrested for a similar crime to that Muslim lad if consistency is anything to go by.

Police time and public money shouldn't be spent on arresting people like this, if people are offended, **** them, as Bill Hicks said "This idea of “I’m offended”. Well I’ve got news for you. I’m offended by a lot of things too. Where do I send my list? Life is offensive. You know what I mean? Just get in touch with your outer adult. And grow up. And move on."

I agree with what your saying but like I said now they've started arresting people for these alleged "crimes" do they not need to be consistent?

Yes, they should be consistent in arresting real criminals, besides, there's a world of difference between being offensive and being racist.

So you think that people should be allowed to say whatever they want, whenever they want, to whoever they want?

Yeah... no.
