So you've just become PM, what's on the menu?

Privatise most things so the government can't interfere in the daily running. National Insurance would become like ordinary health insurance, paying out on a per case basis.
Stop the government interfering in defence. Give the forces what we can afford and allow them to approach defence contractors by themselves rather than getting involved.
Change laws so we can change things without a wall of protestors and court cases. The governments hands are tied, these days, that's just not acceptable. We need to be able to build power stations, infrastructure, changes to immigration, etc, without these ridiculous delays.

Scrap all benefits with the new system predicated on working credits.
Ban all private motor vehicles from cities.
Complete HS2 and HS3.

1 - shake up of the tax system by adding in more tax brackets. The same level of taxation would also apply to the likes of dividends etc. I.e. all pay no matter the source of income would be subject to taxation.

2 - mass investment into greener and smarter cities.
- We're talking solar panels and rain harvesting systems on every home.
- Councils to be forced to do more recycling of plastics.
- Investment into EV and the EV network so that nearly every vehicle on the road is an EV.
- banning shops from selling any products that are not in recyclable packaging
- smart cameras on every road/junction - used to catch speeders/bad driving/criminals/anti-social behavior/etc

3 - roll out of gigabit broadband to every home and business in the UK no exceptions. I would also implement cost limits that ISPs can charge, and probably have more speed tiers that customers can choose from.
I.e. picking on BT, their only offerings of full fibre are:
150Mbps/£34.99/mth
500Mbps/£44.99/mth
900Mbps/£54.99/mth

£35 is insanely expensive for the bottom tier. If it's 1/6th of the speed of the £54.99 package then it should also be 1/6th of the price, making it £9.16.

1. Sort out the tax system so that there are no loopholes / benefits that favour the wealthy.

2. Sort out housing. Ban on second homes, ban on foreign ownership, mass building of new council homes.

3. Part privatise the NHS, that is to say allow people on elective waiting lists to pay to be treated quicker. The money generated would be spent on providing better services for those who can't pay.

The country has gone to the dogs far beyond what the remit of a Prime Minister could effectively rectify, it's only hope is a benevolent dictator with the full support of the military in case some elements got too uppity.

In the days when true statesmen existed in parliament things were done for genuine good and the wealthy built and supported many aspects of British life. I would be troubled to name anyone at all in parliament that could be called a great statesman now, which is incredibly sad.

Set out a clear nationwide plan to reduce driving congestion and pollution, ensuring that vehicles less then 15 years old are not scrapped before their time due to driving usage charges.

A significant tax on new large vehicles (SUVs), we are fast replacing air pollution with noise pollution while people drive in unnecessarily large vehicles that are never taken out of cities.

Stop all new road projects that are being planned. We can already drive everywhere, we just have too many people wanting to. Pot holes and road surface/safety budgets are to be increased.

Set out a law against roadworks disruption. Miles of motorways conned off for years with reduced speed limits would be banned with significant penalties. 1 mile of motorway maintenance at a time, maximum.

Force all cities and large towns to link their areas with decent segregated cycle lanes that don't have worse priority then the roads they run parallel with. Create a network of inter town cycle lanes.

Make local buses free and have a service of at least every half an hour between 6am and 9pm.

Make train fares cheaper then the cost of driving a ICE car for the same route. All passengers will be the same fare regardless of time of day or when they booked their ticket. Oyster style payments everywhere (tap in/out by phone).

Place a significant tax on private jet usage.

Pensioners to pay NI. Yes part of it was intended for pensions, but so too for healthcare and they use the NHS more then someone working does.

Make a GP access phone app to enable people to check to see if minor issues might be something more serious and needing in person medical attention. The app should allow for limited prescribing of medicine for common ailments.

Remove PFI from hospitals. Ban the use of temporary buildings when they are planned to be used for more then 2 years. Public buildings should be built to last.

Place hospitals at the heart of local halthcare. They take the brunt of the problems when the community services don't pull their weight, so make them responsible for the end to end delivery. I.e. GPs are employed and run by the local hospital.

Set out a plan to enable the financing of net zero for existing housing stock without putting everyone into financial ruin. It can either be done or not. I don't like my councillor who has done it and parading to the world how easy it is, when the rest of the country is living pay cheque to pay cheque. Of course things are much easier when you're wealthy and have the space for a 20kw solar array.

Set out a plan to stop 99% of current waste water dumping into our river networks within the next 15 years.

Transition council tax to a tax based on the area of land your home occupies. Flats in high rise buildings take up less public land then detached houses so should pay significantly less tax. Place a significant tax on second homes that are not lived in permanently or rented permanently.

Scrap university charges. University attendance is based on merit and free for the attendee. To much wasted potential is lost to pointless degrees. Universities must create the business cases for their degrees to prove value to the tax payer.

Significantly boost up the number of places available for training doctors.

Create an apprenticeship scheme that will allow people to afford to switch careers to those that are of national interest. Nursing, paramedics, teaching. If you drop out/don't work for 10 years in that field then you must pay back this loan.

Scrap the TV licence and move the BBC to essential broadcasting programs only. I.e. News, educational documentaries and major sporting events of national interest. Their entertainment IP can be sold or licensed.

Ban advertising on children's TV. Including paid for product placements.

Build more prisons and serve much harsher sentences for those who commit crimes which are a drain on society. Theft, organised crime, serious assault, murder, drugs etc. Gangs are going round stealing cars and bikes to order, I would significantly invest in bringing these groups down and have them serve significant time to ensure they don't go out and repeat offend.

Smoking and vapes to only be sold by licence. Once current licences are issued no more will be and those holding a licence must go through a addiction reduction program.

Create water tight legislation around corruption in elections, for those in elected positions and second jobs when elected. Actually enforce said legislation with more then a slap on the wrist.

Set myself, family and friends up for life with insider trading knowledge, back-handers to industry and financial institutions and then prepare for a life on the "after dinner speech" circuit after making sure all those who helped me set up my post-PM life get peerages.

So basically the same as every PM really, irrespective of political party :D

ZERO building on green belt.
Build small nuclear power stations on old coal fired sites.
Ban private health care, get the doctors/dentists/nurses working full time for the NHS.

1. Massive program of state funded house building similar to the 1950s.
2. Universal basic income and remove all tax brackets / allowances. The state provides enough for you to live, anything you earn you pay tax on.
3. Nationalise core infrastructure such as energy and water. Massive program of state funded energy generation building (nuclear, wind, solar, tidal)

Ban private transportation with more than two wheels.
Therefore increase public transport massively.
Encourage local shopping when building new housing adding doctors surgeries and libraries etc.

Ban the use of annual budget cycles in the public sector. It creates billions in wasted purchases.

Create a Amazon for public sector procurement with government created discount levels. The current CCS frameworks for selling off the shelf items creates monetary and time inefficiencies.

Implement significant restrictions on the use of consulatancy services in the public sector, and create a public sector consulting service to draw down in house expertise.

Ooh.

1) Start going back into the EU
2) Scrap hs2
3) Implement a sliding scale on landlords with ever increasing tax more properties you own (ie 1 or 2 little tax) as we need some rentals
4) increase environmental funding and tax for it.
5) proportional representation
6) work on cutting out corruption and waste.
7) bring more services (ie Royal mail) into the public domain but out right people in charge with renumeration for good performance
8) change tax laws so that wealth is tax more in line with earnings.
9) stop giving the super rich perks. Such as increasing pension caps.
10) when building more houses I'd want to build infrastructure too. Rather than Hs2 I'd put that cash into local infrastructure which I think is more important
11) interest free grants for energy efficiency (ie insulation, solar etc)

I'd also like to make disability benefit better. No one wants to be disabled.

Really. I'd love to pay nurses etc more and tax well off more. But without seeing the figures as to what's workable I'd stop at saying "Free money for all". Because we can't have it all.

Well aware money doesn't grow on trees so we can't have it all. But sure as money can be redirected and getting back in EU would help a lot.
