Social club hacked, Change passwords

Lastly, I logged into my account. All my money was there, All my cars, Gear. My char was infact just in the shower, It looks like they never accessed my account at all after changing the password. I think they might have been trying to sell it. But there you go, Everythings all good :D

Errrmmm

They accept 16 characters and a select few special characters....

My password is greater than ten with a number of the allowable special characters.....
 
I'm at the end of my tether with this now. No response from Twitter despite asking twice a day or so what the status is. Any help or advice from those who have had their account returned?
 
Iv been waiting 10 days and havnt heard anything. Iv asked for a refund from the site I bought the game from so hopefully that will go through and then I will just buy it through steam for an extra £8... What a waste of time.
 
I hammered them on twitter for a few hours and emailed them about 5 times in one day. 15 mins after sending my final email I got one back saying my account had been reset.
 
Shouldn't have to do that sort of thing... Its ridiculous. If someone had compromised my company I'd do all I could to put everything right and ensure all the customers are happy.
