Solar panel production figures

Lovely day so far down here, due to get some showers, but should fill up the batteries pretty quickly with the clear skies at the moment.

Yesterday was poor by april standards, producing 11.3 kWh.
Last week I exported 195.85kWh, which will get me just under £30, against a useage of £13.82, so very pleased with that.

that export would have got you a minimum of £42.90 on flux....just using the 22p for export, could be more if exporting between 4pm and 7pm
Unfortunately that would have put up my input costs. I don't have any batteries to time shift with.
I'll have to run the sums when I have more time.

Quite impressive what a difference the sun angle makes - had quite a peaky day yesterday with the clouds and rain, highest peak recorded was 8.1kw from my 7.1kw array.

More impressively the 6kw inverter was actually handling it all - about 1.5kw was being drawn, 5kw charging the packs and 1.6kw exporting.

I think I’ll be brave and accept the flux terms tomorrow!

i dont have batteries either.....i just dont use much electric, so in the expensive window between 4 and 7, i am mostly exporting solar and not importing from the grid. Due to the little amount i import, im actually in profit for april upto now and that will only increase as the weather gets better

6.9kWh. Mainly propped up by my East panels capturing the early morning rays. Gloom front came in about midday and its been dank ever since.

Hoping for a decent block sometime in April to get us up for the month.

It was a perfect morning up until about 11am, then got quite choppy in the afternoon.

  • 32kWh generated
  • 19kWh grid draw
  • 31kWh exported
  • 13kWh consumed

12.6 sunny first thing then a bit in and outty throughout the day, getting progressively worse

For fun times Solax dashboard says I had "yield" of 33.6kwh after a period of no data being available.
I am assuming they have a Brexiteer in charge of their code and updates as they are absolutely bloody useless.
