Solar panel production figures

A nice 26kW today, maybe 27 before I lose the sun. 11.7 exported and 300W import somehow! Now if only my meter hadn't been bricked by whatever was done to setup my export MPAN. It might be coincidence but my smart meter hasn't incremented for a month now and it's another month before it's replaced. Just wondering if Octopus will pay me for what my inverter says I sent them and not estimate based on winter months usage :-/

A couple of blocks where dark cloud crept over meant about 3.5hrs below a kilowatt in total. Otherwise good, might get to 5 or 6 before it changes for the worse. Managed to heat the tank which is the main thing.

Still a little trickling in, but 28.74kWh for the day, 21 exported, and 15 imported at the cheap rate, another day of negative costs.

currently on a powercut - apparently, only know because we got a text from a neighbour - battery is at 95%, house is running 100% from that and the 0.6kw of solar were generating - got to love full islanding :)
Does your system not notify you? I was concerned about this, but the I instantly get a nofication on my phone when the power goes off, although so far its been me turning it off. This is one reason I'm not completely emptying the battery on Flux, imagine how annoying it would be to have a power, and a flat battery.

Weirdly no, not sure why not but no interruption in supply so not too worried.

It's not a frequent occurrence so not fretting too much about keeping battery back for it, but will be a annoying if we get a powercut when the battery is almost empty!

You will have an interruption to supply if the inverter/batteries can't handle the load, that was my concern, overload the inverter and it will shut down.

Less of problem for me as I have an 8kW inverter, which will supply more than that, but will at some point shut down if overloaded.

The other consideration is you've no idea how long the power cut will be, so may want to conserve power to a certain extent.

17.1kWh generated and 7.0kWh exported today. Not too bad considering the sun went in by mid-morning.

Bloomin poor day, just ticked over 7KWh. Forecast for tomorrow is fog, so not expecting that to be much better. But modbus meter has been replaced, so finally will start to get some useful export figures.

Absolute pants, 9.6kwh. But by virtue of no one being home again and dumping 5kwh at peak I managed to eke out enough profit from flux to cover the standing charge at least!

This week’s forecasts keep changing on me, hopefully I won’t regret the change to flux!
