Solar panel production figures

Yes -4 to -1 hours before the session count, they are used to make some adjustment based on if the day is a high or low usage day, which is supposed to represent if its cold for example.

I couldn't find specifically how they used the adjustment. The main saving session window is the key from what I can tell but how this adjustment is specifically applied I couldn't find details for. It just is.
All I could find was it adjusts your average usage in the saving session window based on this 3 hour period. Is that % uplift, fixed uplift or what, who knows. I would assume % but then that could be difficult if you had no/minimal usage and suddenly used say 3kwh. You could end up with 30,000% applied to the baseline for your session.

I will judge earlier on tomorrow (say about 12pm) but probably stop battery discharge and possibly charge up then a little, plus stick the washing machine on and tumbler during the 3 hour window. Should get a load washed and dried.
Tomorrow looks a little dubious on generation so I don't think I would be able to go through the day into the night with no full price grid units anyway.

As I posted elsewhere I wonder if this one being +50% payment is to see if it can influence behaviour further.

Too many threads, stuff ends up all over ;)

Could cook a roast/ do your washing or have a nice long shower etc

Would be interesting to see what someone who doesnt have any usage in 5-6 pm window but who did use a lot during 1-4pm actually got paid, it could be next to nothing or could be loads.

Might have a dig later to see if I can find any more detailed examples.

Batteries didn't charge that well last night, prolonged cold seems to be getting to them so will be charging them as well in the 1-4pm window for sure.
Might get a bit of solar before then, but likely I will charge batts to a decent amount, like 70% and just flip them to own use from 4pm and job done.

11.8 today which is surprisingly good (it was looking bad early on), and amounts to 2.51 with our 4.7kw of panels.

I actually put on a 3/4 load of washing, as the battery was approaching full at 1pm.

I didn't heat my water overnight and i'll be home from lunchtime today. So should be able to hammer the grid during the three hours (-1) before todays session.

12.6 PV generation yesteday. Sigh. LOL
