On PV Output Katie's is 7.38kWp at 30 degree pitch, south facing with no shading.

LotaWatts is 8.3kWp 37 pitch south east facing with some shading.

Look at today's generation, @katie279 is at 33.7 kWh and LottaWats is at 47 kWh.

Given how close together they appear to be and not a lot of difference in systems, certainly not enough to account for the big difference i notice most days, it just seems a bit odd.

Almost certainly inverter related. Lotawatts is peaking at 7.5kW where as Katie is stuck at 5kW from 11-4pm. 2.5kW of clipping for at least 5 hours.

Yes, think that's right - have a gen 2 givenergy inverter which maxes out at 5kw, so think that's expected - although it's an interesting point...!

Can't you delay the charging of the Givenergy batteries until your peak period and then benefit from a maximum of 8.3 kW from your 5 kW inverter?
