I think after watching a solar guy review the Powerwall3 it sounds rather like what I want to do next. An Inverter that takes three strings with a battery setup. Im in no rush so may as well wait to near the warranty is up.

Considering we were meant to see more sun that actual, its been a drab one - only 5.7kWh.
 
Bit of a drop down today the house making 11.40Kwh with a low export of 0.40Kwh
The workshop only making 2.80Kwh no export

House System is split East West
down in not so sunny Devon.
East 8 x 420w panels 45 deg pitch
West 10 x 420w panels 45 deg pitch
Givenergy Gen3 5kwh hybrid
2 x 9.5 battery's

Workshop system is South/East
2440w of panels two 720w strings
one 1000w string
Hybrid inverter with 4x 12v 100Amp
Battery's
Plus grid tie inverter as well

Improved this grumble from my perspective. Will have to see when its over to compare with previous years, but the JJA months were poor backed up by the eventual MET declaration the other day how wet it was in the NW of UK.
 
34.56 generated and 33 exported. 4.38 from the three wall panels, should improve a bit when the scaffold is down.

I think they make a nice compact powerful system.
