Yeah, he doesn’t know everything. I just take the rough with the smooth on that. I like his presenting style and he gives actual figures on costs and so on.

Perhaps he's won the lottery. If the invoice had gone astray you'd have thought he'd be chasing you by now, or its a very poorly managed business.

no hes pretty busy at the moment and just keeps telling me its in hand.

as for the tree its still standing. I;m on leave next week so going to start cutting all the studs ready for the framing, so i can get building as soon as the tree is down. i have everything here now except the roof osb which is only 20 mins away when i need to get it.

My tracker is coming to an end in a few days so I emailed them to request the switch and they’ve asked about my EV, I’ve gone back to them now so fingers crossed it all goes through.
