just came across this video, shows a mini day in the life of a pro photographer and how he manages his photos etc! some serious hardware porn!!
not a big fan of the Mr Refer to Himself in the 3rd person myself, it's not his work, it's him.
yes he has some fancy equipment, but like a lot of the well known names, they seem to mainly just press the shutter button and let others do the rest of the work.
...Does the world revolve around Apple products?
(the 2 we had were never amazingly reliable either, and always overheating)on another point, how does anyone do any reliable photo/design work on those glossy screens? we've got a floor of mac users, they all have glossy screens and whenever i have to go and fix something all i can see is a reflection of myself.

Wow, what an Apple fanboy that Chase Jarvis is. Agree with the sentiment to make multiple backups, but I'm sure there's a more cost-efficient way of doing just that ( or maybe he's being sponsored by Steve Jobs ? ).

Fanboy comments aside iniital cost is not always the driving force behind a tech solution, having everything from a single or limited vendors means less compatibility issues, easier to support, and reduced amount of people to deal with which in the long run can end up being much cheaper.Wow, what an Apple fanboy that Chase Jarvis is.
