Removed sound card and no crashes for a good hour or more now! :-D

which is ofc excellent but is there a fix so I can use sound card or is it faulty? Or hav I just lost all my money on the card.

Did bios update and had a lock up after that still. None since removal of card.

Comes on with blank screen. Going to pull it apart and put it back together just to make sure everything in properly first then take it step at time. PSU is brand new everything is!

I'm back!! lol everything came out checked re-seated switched on and now I can see again. Going to sort all drivers etc next. Sorry your having troubles too!!! I seriously wanted to cry earlier but this machine is not gunna beat me lol xxx

Thanks! The sound card is deader than a dodo no sound when I plug into it so using onboard atm.

No crashes/lock ups so far! And courier collected sound card today for testing so fingers crossed on right path now.

soundcard has been found to be faulty and a replacement is being dispatched

fingers crossed it don't all start again when i re-install it.
