I think the whole discussion of unaired UK episodes has been allowed for many months, the only time the rule gets enforced is when it's a show that a lot of people watch, ie: Game Of Thrones or Walking Dead.
I think for SoA, spoiler tags are fine. The issue with GoT was that the UK air date was so close to the US air date (24 hours) that it was deemed not to post anything about the episode until it had aired in the UK. This was mainly because some idiots either refused or forgot to use spoiler tags.
That and the GoT one always ended up as a "look at me I have seen it before everyone else" for the first few posts every week from sad individuals

Some people don't seem to understand that it is not just the episodes that get discussed but the actual show in general e.g. characters, actors, show information; so people look at the threads for this and end up seeing spoilers because people don't use the tags.
