I don't get how people are saying they got what they deserved , since when has stealing a car been punishable by death? Where are we Saudi Arabia?

If they steal a car then they have most likely done other stuff, some possibly even more serious than this, such as rape, mug, steal, deal drugs.

If you drink alcohol or smoke you have most likely done, possibly including:

Crack, Heroin, Cannabis, LSD, Ecstacy, etc

No this isn't what I'm saying, but what I AM saying is that if they are prepared to do such stupid stuff as this there is a very high chance they are involved in some of the stuff I listed.

Don't take everything so literally :p

Who cares where we are? They stole a car and as a result can rightfully be labelled "filthy scum". It's not as if they'd be punished if the police caught them, tag round the ankle and a £5 a month fine maybe?

Just a shame that more car thieves don't die each year, screaming in pain as they burn to death. (Warms my heart to think of it...)

I don't think the parents should be blamed, they could have been the best parents in the world (if something like that exists) and then the kid just got in with a scummy kid who steals cars, Might have been a sheep, What you will probably find is that only a 1 or 2 of these kids were scum and the others might have just been sheep, thinking that they were cool going a long with the "cool" kid.

I feel sorry for the parents and the kids as although they have not respected people's property it does not mean they are bad people just going through a bad time, we all have bad in us its just that some of us make the right decisions and some make the wrong.
 
Sympathy goes out to their families and car owner tbh. Not their fault they have lost their loved one and the 4 scallies stealing it.
 
I feel sympathy for them and their families. By the sounds of it they died a horrible and painful death, which is far worse than stealing any car.

Most of all though, I feel for the police officers and other emergency services on the scene who had to deal with such an awful thing.
