It does say a lot for the show how an average episode is a lot better than most comedy shows (Family Guy, The Simpsons etc.). It may not be laugh a minute at the moment but you can tell how well written it is.

Yes. I absolutely love South Park because of the writing. People dismiss it as vulgar and immature but in actuality it's pretty damn clever in a lot of episodes.

First half is fantastic. Second half just seemed to drag. Overall a decent episode.

This week's mockery of Bully/Kony 2012/Jason Russell was hilarious. The closing song was immense.

I thought the latest episode was pretty crappy and the worst this season. I also didn't think it was very funny to see Butters being hit... more disturbing than anything.
