South Park

Can anyone explain the Mohammed thing? I tried google but couldn't find any answers. Seem to remember a Mohammed thing on Family Guy.

In the latest episode of South Park from US TV (Episode 200) it shows the kids visiting religious figures who are assembled in some crack team of super heroes.

The kids ask if they can borrow Mohammed so they can show him to Tom Cruise or he will sue South Park. (Due to Stan + Randy calling him a fudge packer).

They get to borrow Mohammed, but as no one is allowed to see him they stick him in a bear costume. That's about it :D

Explain it how?

What happened in the South Park episode?

How can you not have two of the best episodes in that list!

The Jeffersons & the Bono one with the biggest dump!

The 201 episode had a lot censored. The word Muhammad was beeped out and long stretches of dialog bleeped out. Think they were trying to show what free speech would come to if you give into these threats. Seriously 30% of the show must have been censored.

just went tot heir website to see if they released anything about the episode and it comes up with this

hmmm, I thought the bleeps were used for comic effect but I wonder what the closing speeches were? Also lol at Tom Cruise joining Willzyx

Agreed tntcoder, at first I thought the bleeps were added in for comedic effect, but the screenshot above makes me thing that they weren't. That would also mean all the end speeches are not meant to be blanked out either, boo!

Edit - I would be interested to see an uncut version, to see just how much censorship was actually added by comedy central, or was it added from the start by the South Park team? Was Mohammed actually drawn into the cartoon, or did they always use the censored rectangle for him?
