Madrid played a far more natural game then they did last season (or in the super cup) at least.

No Pepe in midfield ;)
 
I still loathe Real Madrid. They have so many dislikeable, arrogant players. Ramos whined constantly to the ref in that game, and once Real were losing some of his challenges were wild at best. Then there's Di Maria, who's no.1 on my most hated players list. There are small children that are more manly than he is. I'd like to stick him in a game against a team like Stoke, with English officials who let more fouls go, then he can find out what a real tackle is like.

I thought Barca were the deserved winners. Ronaldo was utter ****, he missed some massive opportunities, and went completely awol in the second half. In my opinion he was the worst player on the pitch. Iniesta and Messi were just awesome, and Fabregas was pretty decent too. Barca are just unplayable when they are on form.
 
Typically lethal Madrid counter, Ronaldo making it 1-0.

Ridiculous save by Cassilas to keep it 1-0. Reckon they should finish the night 6 points clear at the top.
 
2-0, without seeing the stats for this season, Madrid just seem so clinical with chance conversion. Only really had 2 stone-wall chances and converted both of them.
 
Ronaldo rocket for 3-0. Might not have Messi's glue feet or teamwork contribution but, to quote the Spanish commentator for this stream, boom boom boom. He is a goal machine.
 
Don't have the best quality stream, looked like the guy made the most of the contact although Pepe was probably asking for it swinging his arm out.

Still, at 0-3 this is going to be academic for Madrid even with 10 men, they'll probably keep scoring in the 2nd half.
 
Great goal from Navas, little too late though. May have been nice at 3-0.

Navas won't be playing for anyone other than Sevilla unless he overcomes his chronic homesickness. no one expects him to go anywhere.

A lot of teams play dirty against Madrid in order to stifle their game and illicit reactions from players like Marcello and Pepe. To be fair, it does work a lot of the time. Sevilla have had an equal number of cards given tonight.
