He's got a point though, both him and vettel were put on the sub-optimal strategy unfortunately for them.
Also as well as max drove it's a lot easier to manage and lead from the front then have to chase down and pass 3 drivers on track. He drove a great race but to say that ric had a bad one is off the mark imo.
Not sure RB have the race pace on ferrari, Vettel was 7 tenths a lap quicker than Ric before they decided to pit him after only 8 laps on the soft.
They actually weren't, if all 4 pitted onto the 3 stop then Ricciardo was on the fastest strategy and had the benefit of pitting first. Unfortunately for him Kimi stayed out so they kept Verstappen out. Also ultimately Ricciardo was too aggressive in his attempts to overtake costing him tire life advantage, had he been as sensible as Verstappen was with his tires he'd have passed Vettel and had the other two very close ahead, still with a great chance of winning.
