Number of moves made, in relation to the racing line, and motive will be the big questions.

I personally believe Rosberg got caught out and made a split-second decision that turned out to be the wrong one. I don't think he should be penalized for it.

Yeh only thing I didn't like is how Kvyat wasn't allowed to pass Vettel and Ricciardo. I've never liked team orders especially when it comes to play within different manufacturers.

The blue flag system also needs looking into. If Ricciardo couldn't pass Palmer then he should not be forced to yield his position.

2016 F1 Sporting Regulations, article 27.7 disagrees with you.
 
Rosberg was in safety car mode which made Hamilton 17kph faster.
Rosberg appeared to go 'OH ****' and moved across pushing teammate off the track and removing both from the race.

And no peanties?

Stewards obviously scared off as it's Mercedes

I'd be a bit annoyed if I was Riccardo. Think this was his race for the Taking

Rosberg had started moving across before Hamilton launched one up the inside. The gap was there at the rear but not at the front. I believe that due to the speed difference it was unavoidable.

Seems like the stewards believe something similar, or just don't want the bother of dishing out penalties. Either way, they have more data and are more knowledgeable about the situation than most on the Internet.
 
Rosbergs lunge to the right seems a bit odd when the next corner is a right hander, you'd have thought he'd be best hanging to the left,
anyway, great race today though, seems like F1 could be good once again... just need to get rid of the Merc's :)
 
Shame we didn't get those interviews straight after the race before Merc gave them the 'you're very naughty boys make sure you apologise to the staff back home' speech.

Nico could barely contain his anger even after he's had 2 hours to be brainwashed lol
 
Good decision though I'd prefer if they both had to start from the back for rest of the season. It would give us better races overall. :)

Yeah thats pretty much what happened, but he wouldnt have had time to to give it proper thought. Its not like he did it deliberately.
