So what I wasn't bought a Audi TT at 18 either, I didn't sit moaning about it and a few years down the line and I can quite easily afford to buy one now if I wanted one.

I know but telling the lad to work harder isn't really the answer is it. He's 18 now, bar robbing the bank, he's never going to own one until he's 25+.

Oh come on there are always spoiled rich kids, I've got a classmate in uni which wrote off his mums Aygo in the first week of his license, so what does his daddy do a month later? He lets him drive his Audi A8 to uni every day. There will always be people richer than you :).

Something to work towards then, maybe if he works hard enough he will be rich enough to treat his kids in the future.

In all honesty, Who actually cares?

It's not your money, You just wish it was is all. No need to be all "spoilt brat this and spoilt brat that" about it.

I come from poor background myself and I'm still not worth anything, But by god I will see my children right when I have them.

I think that is how a lot of kids look at life here now [explains the car vandalism in this country] they do not look at anything nice and say "one day i will do well enough to buy one of those" Just "look at that flash/spolit ...."

You know when i was skint me and my now business partner used to sit on tower bridge and watch the big cars go by and say that, one day.

Thats whats wrong with kids these days too ****ing lazy.

Just went to a local scrappy to get some spares for my dad's W124, all rust free:

2 x front wings = £50 (look at most 5 years old)
2 x front doors = £70
2 x rear clusters = £30

:p
