Young Caesar isn't quite how I pictured him to be. Definitely more of a Thor or Achilles thing going on here.

The sex scenes are all overdone, unnecessary and contrived IMO. I like boobs as much as the next guy, but the show has enough going for it without the need to try and hook viewers with constant nudity.

The manlove scene was only about 30 secs, not 2mins lol, though I guess the laws of relativity apply here Y'know, 1 minute in paradise feels like ten seconds and 1 minute in hell feels like an hour etc...

Yeah. Girl's got issues that amount to 'the only good Roman is a dead one'.
Understandable, given what she's been through. Still nuts though.

They're getting as bad as the Romans they hate!

I think the nudity stuff ran its course by the Prequel. By season 2 it almost seemed to be "oh just throw an orgy scene in so that we can get it over with and back to the story" rather than in some way relevant to the episodes plot.

In many ways, they're even proving the Roman's point that they're just base animals that need to be kept under heel.
Not that it justifies typical Roman cruelty or anything.

Much prefer old Naevia. Never liked new actress and dislike her even more.

Was mostly on the fence with season 2 and despite there being some brilliant episodes I could just never get on board with the new Spartacus.

Started watching season 3 and now I'm actually enjoying it. Will be looking forward to new episodes.
