Indeed, they changed the actress and at the same time almost changed the character completely. She's a right PITA now and nothing like the 1st season character.

This is really ramping up now, dream team is falling apart though :(
 
Did anyone think Crassus' wife is the spitting image of Ilithyia (Glabber's wife) from the last season?
I actually thought it was her for half an episode, albeit a bit younger looking.
 
Very good. They should have killed Caesar when he was on the ground TBH.

I have no idea where they are going with this now; desperately trying not to look at Wikipedia to see what happened to him. I know what ultimately happened obviously.
 
They could do whatever they like though, being based on Spartacus it's more a show based on myth than history. You never know, they might surprise us all and have Spartucus become emperor :D
 
Thing is, isn't he acknowledged to NOT be the historical Spartacus within the show?

I'm sure that in the first season they named him after the original Spartacus.
Sure, he ends up leading a slave rebellion all the same though :D

Someone correct me if I'm wrong here :)
