Spartans unite! Tonight, we dine on the NHS!

Yeah it just needs more work, will give it a go next time I've got an upper body workout I think :)

Me and Stoodles doing legs today and I don't think I'll manage snatches after!

Did legs with Stoodles on Friday, and I must say Nick the tip you gave for hip drive, of pulling your knees back with your hammies was brilliant.

Chest last night, shed loads of volume, important lifts:
Bench
60kg 8
70kg 3
77.5kg 8/6
70kg 8
60kg 10/10

DB Incline
24kg 10/8/8/7

Flat Flyes
12kg 10/8
10kg 10/10

Some aux work.

And then a big stupid giant set. No rest between sets:
Bench Press
50kg 10
40kg 5
30kg 8
20kg 10
10kg 20

PUMP, HOOOOO.

Mother of...

That session looks horrible, and the pump must have been outrageous! :D

Glad to hear the knees'n'hamstrings thing worked - let me know how the rest of it goes!

Lulsy post-chest pic from last night. Heading in the right direction but djeez I still feel small.

Edit:
Djeez that is a big picture. CBA to edit, so mire my grainy physique.

Dunno mate. I was 86, I cut down to around 82, then back up to 86 in just over a month I think. Only bulking for a further 2 weeks, then I've got a month of holiday prep ;) So you'll have plenty of time to catch me up.

What sort of kcals do you consume a day bro? What're your stats?

Guessing a bit with kcals, but:
Training day - 3200+
Rest day - around 2400

Stats:
Handsome.
Currently hovering between 89 and 90.

Holding a good amount of water and I'm less lean, but I don't know how to quantify that. Pictures as soon as I hit 93, then cut to 90 and reevaluate.

I had a scoop of creatine last week, and it was fresh so you know its good.

The race was to 90kg lean, which is where ill be happy briefly. And then lean at 93kg :p
