Bit rushed today and wanted to at least stimulate shoulders and legs, so did this:

Had no strength for leg volume, and all my sets were hard. Just one of those days I suppose!

I actually did them as my trap/delt/shoulder muscles are so tight, I didn't think normal dips would be a good idea. These really didn't feel bad, even though my shoulders were feeling painful on my first set of bench!

Will be working on shoulder mobility over the next two weeks :)

Bench dips are actually a lot worse for putting your shoulders in dat der douchbag forward shoulder position.
