Well was going to train legs as I missed leg session last week (described above), but I'd still like to give my lumber and trap a bit more time to work.
Oh yes, my trap.
I know I brag about it a lot, but having a sports therapist for a missus rocks. Vic spent a good 15 minutes digging her thumb in to my trap (both to a lesser extent). As described above, one is fleshy, one is solid. As the base of my trap (near the lat) there is a chunk which is just absolutely solid. I mean it almost feels like a vertebrae it 's that hard and knotted. 10 minutes working this area has alleviated a lot of the restriction and tightness in the trap, and mobility is more or less restored!
She's gonna spend 5 or 10 minutes every time she comes round trying to remove the tightness in the base, as it's still there, but fixing up very quick!
