Spate of destroying speed cameras in villages

And he had no major problems - unbelievable.
It happens. I was the designated porter for that bloke who got sliced, diced and stabbed by two machete wielding attackers some months back. He looked like he's been done over by a tiger and then they stabbed him multiple times, some of which went all the way through him, and they missed everything. I remember one of the EMCs saying that despite the fact he looked like a bloody mess and had been the victim of such a vicious attack he was the luckiest guy in the hospital.

So is the opinion now that it was an internal battery that exploded in the chopped down speed camera rather than a deliberate explosive device?
If The Aga Khan has got potential exploding ULEZ cameras installed all over London he could be in for a class action of lawsuits from victims.

We had a hit and run in the village last night, speeding car obviously. Pedestrian in hospital with 'life threatening injuries'. It seems to have stopped the usual morons on facebook using the laugh emojis whenever someone brings up the subject of speeding and cameras here. For a while at least.

People complain about the speed restrictions in the next village along. We've just moved back to the area and if I want to cut those conversations short I just mention that I was at school with the kid who got run over and killed in front of his parents which resulted in them in the first place. Seems to instantly change their attitude...

Another two cut down in a single night on Wednesday. The police have no leads and no idea who is doing it. One of them was slap bang in a city of 30k people. Somebody must know.

Eventually the money to replace them will have to be taken from another service. The morons doing it don't seem to care about the cost of their damages, tho.

WARNING - Driving in Wales is seriously bad for your health.

Enforcement starts this week with inadequate signage and not a clue as to what speed commits an offence. Roadside education, awareness courses, fines and bans are all possibles. Up to eight different speed limits in two miles boggles the mind. Give it up, it's not worth it.
