Spec for friends

You might want to rethink the ram and gpu at least. A 1gb 7770 isn't going to max BF3 to put it mildly.
If you want to go with that build, I'd change these items:

YOUR BASKET
1 x MSI HD 7850 Twin Frozr III OC 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Cards w/ FARCRY3, Nexuiz & Sleeping Dogs PC Games £169.99
1 x GeIL Black Dragon 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C11 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (GD316GB1600C11DC) **OcUK Exclusive** £39.95
1 x OcUK 22x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black) - OEM £14.99
Total : £236.33 (includes shipping : £9.50).

Total package = £5 more for a waaaay better graphics card and if you can tell the difference between the ram in a blindfold test, I'll eat my own anus.

You've missed the point of AMD's Trinity, it has a great little GFX core built in to it, but combining it with a fast GFX card such as the 7850 when an intel solution combined with the same 7850 card will be faster is a little silly.

I didn't know it had integrated graphics I just thought it was a very fast processor.

Thanks you guys I have finally finished with my plan-

As you might know he wants to use this for capturing, rendering and editing videos. He wants to get a live gamer hd that requires HDMI in and audio in. So I know that the GPU can plug into the card but can I plug in the motherboards on-board audio to the card?

A quick look at the live gamerHD card says it's a simple 3.5mm audio input with a cable included that I assume goes from the motherboard into it?
