My 20lt is getting emptied every two days at the minute. Amazing how much water they take out of the air.

We replaced our failing (old) downstairs dehumidifier in November with a OmniDry 20L Quiet. I'd say I've been emptying that every 2 to 3 days, especially when drying washing inside. I've not bothered with the app as we just leave it in the hall to do it's thing.

We have an Ebac 2650e upstairs and that probably needs emptying every 3 to 4 days. The water bucket/container on the Ebac is a much better design, so easier to get to the sink/bath and less messy to empty. Once I've got a couple of Tapo smart plugs free this weekend (when the Christmas lights come down), I'll be able to compare power use.

The Arete 20L turned up, seems a lot quieter than the dd8l which does make a bit of a racket when it turns on at night.

We've had to return our Arete 25l since it's completely died (was just over a year old).

Brilliant service from John Lewis, replacement was sent to nearest Waitrose and was available a available to collect when we returned the faulty unit. We've just discovered that because the price has gone down JL have refunded us the difference without being asked.
