Spec me a new backpack

Got the above bag but in light purple, great bag with loads of lipped compartments, well made and only cost me £17 delivered

btw, backpacks are really geeky and uncool

Although the one Spyke_UK posted is pretty damn funky and is exempt from this rule!! lol

I took a Berghaus Arete Tour 45+8 fusion travelling with me for 8 months. Fantastic bag, no problems with it and it got a right knocking about.

I also have a Berghaus freeflow 25 that ive have for years and has been great for taking on day trips, skiing, hiking etc

I paid £55 in a sale for the Arete Tour and £30 or £40 i think for the freeflow, but it was many years ago i got that

What do you plan to use it for? It seems a strange choice when the only review says the straps dig in "like knives".

If you want something for cycling then get an Ortleib Velocity; 100% waterproof, capacious, comfortable and staggerinly well made.

Any by Karrimor (http://www.karrimor.com/) is usually top quality. I took one of these round the world for a year and it was the only backpack that didn't have a single problem, unlike most of my mates who had to buy new ones half way through
