That pic was taken with the Thrunite TN31. Beast of a torch, newer models would be better yet I bet.

Big though, so I sold it and get something almost as bright, just more compact. So not a long thrower, but great throw/flood combo.

Why Ultrafire ones? Even the genuine ones aren't great.

I love big maglites!
I took my 6 cell D (led converted using this http://thetorchsite.co.uk/Terralux_tle-310m-ex.html ) out of my car last night after being untouched for 6 months to work on the door card. So many lumens, and so reliable.
Nothing else to report

They're not terrible but there's so many fakes around. I'd keep it simple and go for:

2nd: 20 for two batteries? No thanks... there has to be cheaper about.. hat ar the Olight batteries like on Banggood? seem about £6 ea.

I have a torch that takes 26650 so I'd want the 4200mah Keeppower at 8.77 just for testing, does anyone use that size here? But its only a rattly old chinese clone torch and my faithful usb charger doesnt take that size so probably wont ever bother

Don't know much about Olight batteries.

There's actually very few makers of 18650 batteries. Everyone buys in cells like the panasonics, adds a protection circuit and there sticker and sells them on. That's why I just buy Panasonic cells.
