Spec me something slightly interesting for ~£1.5k

I've had two MB6's both were in excellent condition and as much as Johnnycoupe would like to believe the engines are different between the UK and JDM versions of the B18C4 the only differences are the engine map which are interchangeable and a slight compression difference

6% isnt slight when you then go onto talk about the engine calibration where compression ratio is a key part of your ignition timing. What did any of the Mb6 modified in such a manner run on a rolling road? The same p72 map on my car ran 5bhp less on a very similar modded B18c4 in Rover hatch.

You're going back 6 years, log into HR and search for the threads, they are there.

Your car had a P72 as standard didnt it? The whole point in fitting a P72 to an MB6 was so that it could A, take advantage of the Si standard map for the higher RON fuel and B, be socketed and chipped for the likes of Chrome as the P9K was useless for that reason

Edited : Anway what the hell are we on about, the fact of the matter is the DC2-R is leagues ahead of the Si why are we going of an tangent

Tangents and circles? I have no idea, What I do know is that the Integra Si is nothing like a JDM Type-R, if it was then why did Honda even release a Type-R version, end of really.

I'm refering to the fact that the ECUs are interchangeable, simply because the UKDM B18C4 can run the JDM ECU because the engine is practicaly the same

I'm sure they got the colour for that Alfa by colour swatch'ing hospital food. "Too pea, too pea, still too pea, pea soup gruel. Perfect." No wonder it's rare.
